3+ years experience supporting an HRIS system (Lawson experience strongly preferred).
Experience providing HRIS support for Benefits preferred
Excellent MS Office skills.
Bachelors degree preferred.
Able to work in a very fast paced environment.
Practical experience managing projects, implementing systems and defining business requirements.
Excellent organization and planning skills.
Exceptional analytical abilities, problem solving, and follow through.
Strong quantitative skills and the ability to think critically.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including tact, discretion and ethics.
Must have a pleasant and professional demeanor.
Self-directed with the ability to work independently as well as with groups.
Ability to quickly assess and resolve conflicts and complaints and provide appropriate follow-up.
Commitment to excellence in service and performance.
Prolonged periods of computer usage
