Job Description:    This person will provide technical and end user support for our Lawson HRIS and Benefits interfaces. Key Duties & Responsibilities: • Support the HRIS Manager in setting up and maintaining Lawson HRIS applications. • Provide business and technical support to Human Resources and other departments. • Interact with internal and external clients to gather and document detailed requirements for enhancements to old systems and/or new systems. • Work closely with IT to resolve any systems related issues. • Create and run recurring and ad hoc reports for internal and external clients. • Complete mandatory government survey and certain non-mandatory surveys. • Work with vendors and IT to design and maintain interfaces. • Create and run audits to validate Lawson data. • Design and post reports using our Business Intelligence tool. • Complete special projects and analyses as needed.

Platform:    Lawson Enterprise/400 

Required Skills:    Education, Qualifications & Working Conditions • 3+ years experience supporting an HRIS system (Lawson experience strongly preferred). • Experience providing HRIS support for Benefits preferred • Excellent MS Office skills. • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Able to work in a very fast paced environment. • Practical experience managing projects, implementing systems and defining business requirements. • Excellent organization and planning skills. • Exceptional analytical abilities, problem solving, and follow through. • Strong quantitative skills and the ability to think critically. • Excellent interpersonal skills, including tact, discretion and ethics. • Must have a pleasant and professional demeanor. • Self-directed with the ability to work independently as well as with groups. • Ability to quickly assess and resolve conflicts and complaints and provide appropriate follow-up. • Commitment to excellence in service and performance. • Prolonged periods of computer usage

Desired Skills:    Experience providing HRIS support for Benefits preferred. Excellent MS Office skills - emphasis on Access and Excel
