Job Description: The Sr. Systems Analyst Programmer will be a member of our Information Technology Team supporting all of our Lawson products. This includes implementing and supporting Lawson Business Intelligence (Process Flow, Crystal Reports, Dashboards and Smart Notes), maintaining and customizing Employee/Manager Self/Service, Environment and Application patching and Service Pak installation. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Analyze system, interface and application problems. Environment (LSF 9.0.0.6) and Application (9.0) patch process Technical lead on implementation and enhancement projects. Develop and maintain interfaces and data feeds from Lawson to external applications. Support LBI – process flow, crystal reports and scorecard. Develop custom reports and programs. Communicate directly with end users and provide input to management.

Lawson Insight - UNIX or Windows NT

Required Skills:

Skills: Lawson System Foundation, Lawson Business Intelligence, Lawson Application support, SQL, COBOL and Websphere. Qualifications: IT experience in a Healthcare environment preferred. 5 to 10 years experience with Lawson applications and environment (LSF). Expert knowledge of Lawson software, COBOL. HTML, JAVA, Websphere and SQL. Excellent analytical skills. Self motivated and detail oriented. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical co-workers. Education: BA/BS Degree preferred.
